Projects usually have a clear goal.
The aim is to accomplish a certain objective in a certain time frame. Customer projects often involve consultation throughout the process. The projects vary in nature, and they are carried out for organisations of all sizes and in all sectors. The projects may be short or long-term and vary in terms of workload.
We always start by listening to the customer’s idea.
We comment and provide our thoughts on the idea in the first meeting, even if the project is not implemented for one reason or another. We want to share our expertise with the customer, right from the very start. It is usually a good idea to divide the project into smaller entities. A prototype is quickly developed, which will help assess the feasibility of the idea. This type of “fail fast” approach saves the customer time and money.
Every project starts with a clean slate, and any previous programming is left in the past. We do not fall in love with our own choices, and we can always modify the design if necessary.
